AI Voice
In this tab, you can customize how your Copilot sounds during voice interactions. This is important for creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for users when they talk to your Copilot.
1. Select Voice
Here, you can pick the voice your Copilot will use. There are many voice options to choose from. Keep in mind that some voices may not work on every platform, so it's good to test and see what works best.
Tip: Choose a voice that fits your brand's personality, whether it's friendly, professional, or formal.
2. Ambient Sound
This option allows you to add background sounds during calls. It can make voice interactions feel more realistic and less robotic.
Example: You can add gentle background noise to mimic a real environment, or leave it blank for a quieter experience.
3. Language (Beta)
You can select the language your Copilot will use during conversations. This helps the Copilot understand and speak to users in different languages or dialects.
Example: If most of your users speak English, you can choose English (United States). Other languages are also available.
4. Boosted Keywords
With Boosted Keywords, you can provide a list of specific words or names that your Copilot will prioritize when transcribing voice interactions. This is useful for making sure important terms, like company or product names, are recognized correctly.
Tip: If your Copilot often talks about a particular brand or technical terms, you can add these words to the list to improve accuracy.
By setting up the Voice Settings, you can ensure that your Copilot communicates in a way that feels natural and suits your needs. It’s all about picking the right voice, sound, and language to make interactions smooth and effective.
