This feature is helpful to collect user-level details or information. You can gather both personal data, such as Name, Email, Phone, Age, and City, or non-personal data like interests in marketing, platform ratings, NPS scores, etc. This allows you to better understand and engage with your users based on relevant information.

When enabled, the system will prompt users to provide their details. This can include basic personal information or specific data points depending on your configuration.

• Allow to Skip Answers: Toggle on to let users skip questions if they choose.

• Ask Questions Sequentially: Toggle on to present questions one after the other for a smoother experience.

These settings give you flexibility in how you collect data. You can control whether the user has the option to skip questions, and how questions are presented (sequentially or in bulk).
