The following guide walks you through creating a Copilot, customizing its personality, and configuring its features to align with your brand or objectives.

Locate the + icon on the left side of the navigation bar. This icon is used to initiate the creation of a new item.

Enter Copilot Name

Enter a unique name for your Copilot. This name helps you identify and distinguish this Copilot from others.

Choose Personality

Select a predefined personality for your Copilot that aligns best with your brand or purpose.

Professional	Focused, clear, and formal.
Friendly	Approachable, conversational, and warm.
Sassy	Bold, witty, and playful.

Humorous	Light-hearted and fun.

Define Persona

The Persona defines how your Copilot behaves, communicates, and interacts. You can use the template provided as a starting point.

Attribute	Description
Objective	Define the purpose for the Copilot. What is its primary goal?
Context	Provide background information, such as the audience it represents or additional details it needs to know.
Audience	Describe the target audience to tailor communication effectively.
Data Source	Specify data sources (Knowledge Base) to enable the Copilot to retrieve information for queries.
Style	Define the format and tone for responses, such as friendly, professional, or casual.
Other Rules	Highlight any specific instructions or restrictions, such as avoiding competitor mentions.

Adjust Creativity Level

The creativity level determines how the Copilot responds to user queries. Choose the level that best fits your requirements.

Creativity Level	Description

High Creativity	Produces imaginative, varied, and exploratory responses.

Set the Creativity Level for Your Copilot

Upload a Logo

To upload a logo for your Copilot:

1. Click on the logo icon.

2. Select an image from your device.

   Upload your Copilot's logo by clicking the logo icon

3. To remove the logo, click the remove button, and a default logo will appear.
