Setup Guide

Navigate to the Deploy section within your Copilot chatbot dashboard and click on the Setup button in the WhatsApp card. This opens the WhatsApp management interface, allowing you to select your provider.

Choose the Twilio tab to enter your credentials. Visit the Twilio Console to obtain these details.

If you haven't yet set up a WhatsApp sender's phone number on Twilio, refer to the Twilio WhatsApp Guide for instructions.

Important: Copy the webhook URL provided and configure it on Twilio's console for your sender phone number. This allows your Copilot to receive messages sent to your WhatsApp number.

After clicking Save, the system will verify your credentials and sender number by sending a test message to one of our WhatsApp verification numbers.

To test your WhatsApp-enabled Copilot, simply scan the QR code or click on Open WhatsApp under the Manage section.
