Conversation
This feature lets you easily monitor all ongoing and past interactions users have with your Copilot. It provides a clear view of user engagement, allowing you to track conversation history, dive into specific chats, and check user feedback.
Viewing Conversations
Action | Description |
---|---|
All Conversations | Access all conversations with your Copilot from the left panel. |
Take Over Conversation | Allow an Agent to take over a conversation with the user in real-time. |

For the Take Over Conversation button to appear, ensure the Human Handoff feature is enabled.
