Conversation
This feature lets you easily monitor all ongoing and past interactions users have with your Copilot. It gives you a clear view of how people are engaging with your Copilot, so you can track conversation history, dive into specific chats, and check out user feedback.

All Conversations with your Copilot can be viewed from the left panel.

Upon clicking on any one conversation, you can view the conversation with the user, in real-time.

Click on “Take Over Conversation” to allow an Agent to have a conversation with your user in real time.

For this button to appear, you need to enable the Human Handoff feature.
