Integration
The Integrations tab lets you connect your Copilot with other apps and services. This helps automate tasks and keep data up-to-date across different platforms in real-time. By linking these tools, you make your Copilot interaction on integrated channels smoother and ensure your information stays consistent everywhere.
A common example would be to integrate existing CX software like Freshchat, Zoho Chat, and others with Copilot to supercharge your Human Handoff feature. By integrating such software, you can view and address conversations from the CX software too.
To add a new integration, click on the plus icon.
After that, it will ask you to fill in some information such as:

Name: Enter a unique name for your integration.

Description: Write a summary of what the integration does and how it works.

Optional: Upload a logo for the integration

Operations
Operations refer to the specific actions you can perform within an integration. They define what you can do with the data or entities involved. The main operations include:

Conversations: Choose from options like Get, Create, Update, Delete, or Takeover.

Message: Options include Create, Feedback, and Get All Conversation Messages.

Users: Options include Create, Update, Delete, and Fetch.
Define permissions to control access and actions for different users or roles
Events
Events are triggers or actions that occur within the system and can be monitored or acted upon. They involve interactions and data management within the integration. The main events include:

Conversations: Options include Create, Update, Delete, and Takeover.

Message: Options include Create, Feedback, and Get All Conversation Messages.

Users: Options include Create, Update, Delete, and Fetch.

Data Collection: Options include Collect, Update, and Delete.
Define permissions to control access and actions for different users or roles
Additional Details

Inbox sync: Describe how this integration interacts with the Inbox App.

Webhook: Provide the URL for the webhook and detail how it should be set up.
Generating Credentials

Save & Create: Click this button to save your settings and generate credentials for the integration.

To remove the integration, click the "Delete" button.
