Overview

This tab provides a dashboard-style summary of your Copilot's current status and performance, displaying key metrics such as:

  • Domain: The Public Webpage URL or Custom Domain (if any) connected to your Copilot.
  • Status: Indicates if your Copilot is active (toggle to enable/disable).
  • Data Sources: Number of connected data sources.
  • Total Threads: Number of conversations held by the Copilot.
  • Unique Users: Number of distinct individuals interacting with the Copilot.
  • Total Messages: Total number of messages exchanged.
  • Feedback: Percentage of positive and negative feedback received.
The Overview summarizes your Copilot’s status and performance.

Regularly monitor the Total Threads and Total Messages metrics to understand user engagement and identify areas for improvement in your Copilot’s responses.
